Playing around with Grandpa
Mother's Day this year was spent in bed dealing with my "chemo crash". It wasn't terrible but I'm looking forward to NEXT Mother's Day & feeling a lot better. Coray & the girls were great & I did get to rest a lot, which is really what I need right about now. Anyway, while my Dad was here we took the girls downtown to the MGM Grand to see the Lion Exhibit they have there. They really are gorgeous & it's fun to see them so close up. They rotate them throughout the day so the lions are actually only there for a few hours & then they go to a preserve they live on the rest of the time. We also went to the M&M factory store near the MGM Grand. Yeah, that was a big hit with the girls! Pink & purple M&M's!! Does life get any better when you're a kid??

I've never even heard of that lion exhibit! I'll have to take the kids there this summer. Is it expensive? Looks way fun!
WOW!! I have gotta take the kids to see some of that stuff! Especially the M&M factory...they will freak out! We went up to Mandalay Bay to the Shark Reef last summer, the kids really liked it! The Lions are beautiful!!!
We really miss Hogle Zoo in SLC, we used to go all the time!
If you EVER need a break, or the girls just want to come play (thus granting you a break anyway ;) PLEASE let me know...we are about 32 seconds away! :D Oh, and if you ever need someone to get Emma at the bus, I am almost ALWAYS here...

(P.S. in case you didn't already notice I am totally incapable of leaving a short comment...I think it is a genetic thing, or perhaps it is just so much time spent in the company of kids who don't communicate too well...hard to say! ;)
